Placement Cell
East Point lays great emphasis on placement which is the culmination of a student's learning. As soon as the students are admitted, they are groomed continually to become leaders in their respective fields. This grooming is done through strong and qualified training personnel. Training is imparted in both hard skills and soft skills, to enhance the value efficiency quality of the students.
The Ares covered under training include communication skills inter-personals
And intra-personal skills, interviewing techniques, listening skills, team building, leadership skills. Motivation, conflict resolution, problem solving and decision making. Complimenting this is the year round council ling and mentoring activities. All these help in strengthening employability skills of the students and make them industry-ready.
